he tries to put his hand in his pants to be able to hold him strong and twist him all the way down

after couple of minutes wrestling can waste all your energy and its a more difficult sport than boxing itself

in order to gain their energy back they sometimes spend few minutes on the ground breathing and putting their heart beats in order for the next attack
