@tribeisone mig 29 is not even remotely a match with raptor,russians in fact have two more advanced fighters that are a bit closer to this at the moment , su-35 and mig-35 but still raptor is one level above them and is the only 5th generation fighter in production in the world! but the true match to f-22 however could be sukhoi PAK FA which is still in development,we'll wait and see.
