wolverines have been known to tear up adult bears, mainly by getting on its back and tearing at it. wolverines are pretty nasty they are pretty much always eating they will scavenge or kill about anything.. i would think only thing that would beat a wolverine would be a large cat. only thing with reach and reflexes to do damage while avoiding the claws and teeth. most people who comment about wolf vs wolverine don't know enough about either

I live in Montana. I hunt. I have seen these wolverine, and lynx, in the Crazies. At night, I make an uncomfortable bed on the ground. It is a snug bed, but uncomfortable not because of Lynx. It is most uncomfortable as I fear wolverine beyond moose, cougar, and bear. peace. the native american

Most likely not, actually. Wolverine are VERY strong animals for their size. They are basically ALL muscle. That why they can hunt down a ful-size elk by themselves. So, about 90% of the time the wolverine would win hands-down.
