At FOOMA JAPAN 2009, Sankyo Giken exhibited a mini eggshell cracker for small-lot use, called the Walther 3000.
The machine has five cracking units, with the process enabling all of the egg to be obtained with a success rate of over 90%. To ensure hygiene, all parts that come into contact with the eggs are made of stainless steel, so the machine is also easy to maintain.
Automatic egg supply and other options are also available.
