This is silly! In all texts about "opening chakras", no vivid detail is ever given as to what EXACTLY it feels like when a chakra opens. And, they want you to simply "think" about stuff in an effort to achieve these states? Sure! If you're Kryptonian. Reaching these meditative states takes much more self-control than most people will ever be capable of. That's in addition to the need to recover from all the different poisons that most of us have absorbed throughout our lives.

I don't get it. what does the first 35 seconds has to do with the rest of the video? starts as illuminati shit and ends as a peaceful meditation. chakra = load of BC if you ask me....
