Metallica is non-arguable the greatest metal band on the face of this earth..... the old stuff is Legendary, the new music kicks some serious ass, and they do it like no one else can, or could.

@Fishrocksalamander You've got to remember two things, one, he's aging, and that's something he can't help. Two, about 98% of the vocals live now since Jason left, so that also has put a strain on his voice.

its almost like the shorter his hair gets the worse his vocals get. just an observation tho. he still does great but not compared to back in the early 90s

dave got a few writing credits on kill em all and 2 songs from rtl ( rtl and call of ktulu), which is not even close to writing a whole song..btw his solos on kill em all suck, except for the four horsemen ( which kirk rewrote)
