The Fairfax County police have the third worst record in the nation for police brutality.They are over zealous and racist by nature, targeting and making fun of minorities and people not born in the U.S..Many officers take pleasure in verbally abusing and ill-treating people they arrest. They look after one another so that cops rarely are brought to justice.
