  • shuai jiao today represents the chinese name for a mongolian wrestling art but originally shuai jiao involved all 4 modes of attack (striking, kicking, throwing, and grappling) thank God real kungfu still has grappling. many people dont know it but ju jitsu came from one chinese man named chan yuan yun. its hard to find real kungfu but shaolin wahnam is the real deal and my sifu is good too i dont know this sifu to say he can grapple but we (authentic shaolin kungfu fighters) can

  • very good instructional video

  • "Grand ultimate supreme, no extremities, we use Tai Ji to deflect off our enemies!"

  • want to counter a grappler? learn a grappling art along with your current system. The ideal ones are BJJ, Wrestling or Judo. Still a good video with good ideas and much respect to the instructor.

@ kami97kaze: Shuai Jiao is good as it shares a lot of similarities with Judo but it lacks ground fighting.

  • or just use 1-2 fajing correctly on some dimMak presure point then theyll be out cold if not dead b4 they get to u :)

  • no kidding.

wing chun punches come from the spine, which is proven to give your punches more power. Like the "hanuman"-punch in muay thai, where the force comes from the feet.

That's where the human body science and physics connect.

  • Thank you Sifu Rudy for teaching me how to use my spine. I'm kidding this video is ridiculous.

  • What a Great and Amazing display of Your techniques.
