Lately it´s been a string of Celtic-flavoured originals: Caras Galadhon, Clovers in the Field & The Battle of the Pelennor Fields. As that side has been worked completely up to now, it´s time for the Progressive Rock sound to come back, in this case in the form of a new original song: Cosmic Suspension.

Thrilled to have collaborated with Tom and Shawn once more. The latter´s bass line creation totally rocks and Tom´s adaptation of my keyboard drumming ideas is what´s needed to make the song sound big so to speak. In my opinion, we´ve made nice videos before and I think this time isn´t different. Hopefully you´ll get to appreciate the work involved such as we do as it´s hard, but worthwhile. :)

  • Hola Amigo! Thx so much again for the downloads & keeping me posted. I've listened to 3 of them & they're beautiful. I still have a few more to go. I'm checking out this video & again I love how you edited it to show all the musicians (and yourself) playing. Man I'd love to learn drums on a big set like that. Muchas gracias. Much love & lightness from LA to Argentina siempre & keep doing what you do. So happy & excited for you :-)

  • @michanita This is a very kind comment, Michele. Thank you very much! :D

Who knows? Maybe one day you´ll be able to get a drum set and start practising!

  • There you go...!!! : AND HERE THEY COME: ORIGINALS!! about time. Excellent Prog song. I really loved it.

Can you elaborate a bit about the inspiration of the song. What was your mind thinking in certain parts of the song and how you translated those thoughts into music. If is not too much to ask.

  • @vivelavidarocka Not at all, Joseph, but I´ll ask you to wait until my website is up and running as I already have a description of the song and how it came out. You´ll receive an invitation, hopefully sometime in January. ;)

  • sound very good...great work!

  • I really like this piece. I hope there's more to come!

  • Awesome!! There's no music like progressive rock!

  • Hey C. this is awesome! Great stuff on this channel! Good that you come back to the progRock music! By the way, ProgRock must come back anyway! And hopefully you and your band are a part of this comeback! In the meantime the music dies with all these Voice-rectifiers and predigested percussion phrases!Your guitar skills are outstanding and the music taste is something that I already praised in another comment!

    Great man!

All the best for you and the others in your band!

  • Great composition and excellent musicianship fellas! A lot of creativity and super technique in this piece. Thanks for sharing your talent. Bravo to all!

  • First off, thank you messaging me about this. This song is outstanding...a short, sweet preview of your works to come! I don't know much about Celtic music, but "Cosmic Suspension" has a pleasant Rush-vibe to it. The mix was well done, as all instruments seem balanced. It sounds rather...adventurous to me, so I can imagine some brae youth sailing towards the horizon, ready to explore a new world. Again, outstanding job to each of you talented musicians and composers in this song!
