The Federal drug laws were not passed by the Senate only the House and are not positive law also the State Of (where ever you live) is really only the Federal Territory owned by the Federal Government. Federal Law only apply on Federal Land. The people are under the rule of common law. Do some research into the law you will see that I am right.

Alright the reason the checkpoints are 50 miles north of the border, is because of the United Nations "Free Zone" Check it out. The nations gave the United Nations protions of this country all along the borders. From the last time I checked that is why they cannot arrest illegal aliens 50 miles inside the border.
