YOU ROCK!!!!

@powskier I agree for general health, however for absolute strength training weights are the crux of every workout - it's all dependent on goal. Cardio... now that's another topic ;)

Awesome my friend, awesome

This is one of the most inspiring videos I've ever seen.
Greeting from Mexico keep it up!

Keep up the good work. :)

This functional strength at it's finest for any age. You are the perfect living example of what functional strength training can do. I can't believe people still waste their time using machines and lifting weights body building style when they can be working out like you do instead. Bravo.

The body is not only your friend, it is also your enemy. It's nature is to find the easiest way. The easier the way, the smaller your comfort box and subject to nature's law of Atrophy, better known as "use it or lose it".
The body cannot be stronger unless you subject it to the stress of workouts, and your mind cannot expand unless you stretch it. Both are contrary to the natural tendicies of the body.

Akeyboardwarior the Burpee was what I had in mind, I love those kick-ass burpees. I included the situp for greater impact on the core.
Try laddering the burpees with pullups. For ex.
5 pullups/ 10 burppess
5 pullups/ 9 burpees.
Continue down to 1.
Which equals 50 pullups and 55 burpees.
My last time was done at 7:50
Thanks all for your encouraging comments.
