Now try it with a PMDG 747. And realism to max with damage and crash fully on. No way you'll pull that out again.

Looser is the opposite of tighter. Loser is the opposite of winner. I am constantly amazed by the number of people who make such basic mistakes.

@raulox71 No. The stress upon the airframe would exceed it's maximum load specs. To avoid catastrophic airframe failure you would have to increase the radius of the loop. However, there would not be enough altitude to do this due to the negative thrust-to-weight ratio; you would end up stalling.

@CommanderDenton PMDG 737-900 looped nicely with maxed out realism on FS2004, at least. I don't have PMDG 747, so can't try that one.
