  • Probably one of the best gas engines ever made !!!!!

  • @zoomeristen

The 360 has more hp and torque than a 340, also swirl port heads, roller rockers,

a more modern engine. Runs great, car is around 2800 lbs.

  • 360 is not a good choice. Neither is a 318 or a 383. 340 is the one. It was the box-stock hot rod motor designed by mopar. Ever wonder why the 340 is so hard to find?

But really now, the 68 Barracuda is not exactly hot rod material. Keep it stock, keep it 20, sell for 50.

Or hack it up like most 17 year olds and make it a $1500 heap.
