The first question of the panel was pretty heavy and so Vic took a little time to talk about his Faith and how important it is to differentiate fantasy and reality. Because Vic pours his heart out in this video, any rude or mean comments WILL be removed. Personally this part of the panel gave me a brand new respect for Vic, so I decided that maybe others could be moved by it as well.

  • @JocaBrate94 i am not positive but I believe he laughed and said, "The Riker story". He was sitting just in front of me and had obviously heard the story Vic was telling many times before. I think he has some disability but he's a huge fan of Vic's lol

  • That's so wrong! It's just entertainment, and FMA is very deep and people don't get that! It's so sad that Christians get all bent out of shape over a character.

  • me personally i'm an atheist, but i do agree with vic, don't base your belief on a television show, acting is after all acting

  • Vic is an amazing actor and such an inspiration. as a Christian, I totally agree with everything he said. i wish people would understand that (as an actor) just because you're the one providing the voice for the character, it doesn't mean that that's what you believe or would say in real life. when he was telling that story, i just wanted to hug him. Vic, know that we love you and support you in all you do. RED DAWN!

  • Vic certainly is an amazing person, he inspires me so much to grow in my faith. As a Christian, I agree with Vic- he is spot on <3

  • I love this man. What an inspiration.

  • I'm a Christian and I can understand that a role is a role, and a show is a show. A lot of people have misrepresented God and Christ, it's not about shutting people out, it's about letting them in. You don't have to follow a book of rules to believe in Jesus, all you need to do is accept him into your life, it's really pretty easy to be a Christian. "Do such and such or you'll go to hell." that's not true, all you need to do is believe and have faith. It's sad people make it so complicated. >_<

  • People like Vic prove that you CAN be a actor and STILL be Christian. This is the reason why I am studying Theatre Arts and college. God Bless you, Vic!

  • I think there's certain values inherent within FMA that it is worth anyone picking up. And for most good shows, books and movies it can be the same. Its the difference between picking up concepts from the Shawshank Redemption or Dude Where's My Car, Oliver Twist or Twilight. But conversely, you shouldn't base your life on a book over 2000 years old that supports slavery and the dashing of babies on rocks. Train a child to reason 'cos then they'll work this out for themselves.

  • This is why I love Vic. He doesn't just claim to be a Christian; he lives it out and he knows what he's talking about. He's such an encouragement. :)

  • Edward is an agnostic. That means nothing about God or any deity can be proven, not that a god doesn't exist. I hate it when people use a faith or whatever to force twisted logic on another; what those people did to Vic was WRONG! They lost an incredible person. And I'm meeting him IN THREE WEEKS!(Sorry, the fangirl inme can't help but brag)

  • @sega31098 Oh, I wasn't saying he was a bad Christian. I love his rendition of John.

  • @melsibrith

He still is a strong Christian.

In fact, he used Edward Elric's voice to preach the gospel of John.
