After their soundcheck, The Duke and The King stayed behind in the studio to give an exclusive performance of If You Ever Get Famous. Stripped back and super raw; one guitar, The Duke, The King, The Deacon and Simi Stone.
They didn't broadcast any Duke and King songs on the show I watched. Not the series, just that broadcast, they got a very brief mention towards the end. I was heart broken.
Erm... No; you're wrong - they were broadcast performing The Morning I Get To Hell. The best thing that's been on 'Later' for a LONG time (apart from Florence & The Machine!).
love this :)

heard that song few days ago on my favorit local radio here in munich and got immediately addicted! fucking brilliant!
These have GOT to be the best band out of the States in YEARS AND YEARS! Fanfuckingtastic!!
And this is not even the best vid of them doing this track...they deserve the stars and more...
I watched the whole show waiting for them to come on! I sat through fucking Mika and the BBC bastards didn't even show the best band recorded!
But atleast it's on youtube I guess, but it would have been good for them to get a bit of publicity. So good.
They r now famous,, about time to. They r so brilliant it fucking hurts.
Very special.. Thank you
Brilliant !
Why didnt' they do this on the show that was broadcast??
