Its content is actually real, but out of date. As this was the WotLK Alpha client it was still in development and as you might have noticed it's not the same armor as in the live retail 3.0.3 client.

many just dont know that on alpha and beta even the death knight citadel was diferent wich was actually just like a scourge one they probly changed it to be smaller so that player dont spend countless time searching inside it
