The cloud is white and dense and is reflecting the sunlight creating a shadow?

@mcchelicopter - I guess, maybe but the sun is behind the cloud, the shadows are going upwards behind the clouds. The shodow should be going in the other direction, downwards.....I don't know, I'm not a scientist.

It's an exact silhouette at a weird angle. Search rowlett Texas cloud. Very similar

I bet there is a dark cloud nodule just above the visible cloud you don't see that is casting a shadow about the top of the lower portion of that cloud you are filming. Hence, the shadow. The theory is that clouds are many thousands of feet taller than they seem from the ground, and as such are non-uniform in shape. Thus when light strikes a specific section, the rest may be shrouded by shadow, giving this really cool effect.

How's that for a hypothesis?

When Light is Blocked, there is a Shadow cast.... If you Look Closely, there is Tons of water Vapor all around the cloud... This is Acting Like a Screen, which the shadow is being cast upon. The Shadow look like it's above the cloud, but in all actuality it's well below the cloud. Light travels in a Straight Line Most of the time. Just look at the Angles....It take a huge Gravitational Pull to bend light. Now if you found a Good Ufo in the shadows Let me know... Eyes On the Sky.People

However, I will admit to this...Sedona seems to be some kind of portal or gateway. Daily UFO sightings, joint military/alien activity, extreme ghost activity, etc...
