  • I use the Drift Innovation HD170 camera. I have used a lot of them and this one is by far the best. Simple to use, remote controlled, wireless, rotating lens to always video squarely no matter the camea position, has a 170 degree field of view, films in HD, and has good battery life. Send me a message if you want to know where to get them.

  • You should be able to see when it starts to flatten out by watching the attitude relative to the horizon. You flatten the spin (left pedal upright spin) by adding out spin (right) aileron and by adding power (gyroscopics on the prop in a left spin raise the nose). I usually do not add full power in the flat spins - I have the big two blade prop not the composite three blade. I just get the prop off the gov to raise the nose. (And it flattens out much better in an inverted spin.)

  • Ha Ha, I had the same idea for a Spin video

  • @pittstraining I actually strated using the Countour GPS HD1080P cammera but have computer limitations to create HD results...the Countour Editing program is web based and hard to use...not very user friendly not interactive.... I have a @ bladed prop S2B as well and for my flats I agree with you, very little power needed! if ever in charlotte, NC, send me a message! Attending Sun and Fun...you?

  • Unfortunatelly with the music I can't tell of your power setting. therefore I cant tell exactly when you go flat. The spin never slows down as it is supposed to happen as soon as you put power in order to attain the flat spin. I see you put your stick in the aproximate 5 oclock position as per your aileron deflection but it looks just like an accelerated spin and not a Flat one...Like I said, the music does not help! Good video!!! what cammera do you use.
