clamantfever you seriously need to grow up, ive been able to dunk since i was 16, i dont work on dunkin or pretend to be good at dunkin either, i just like to watch a good dunker dunk, and for some reason you think you are gods gift to dunking, and whenever someone tries to criticize or even complement you sometimes, you claim they dont know anything and that theyre racists YOU'RE WRONG, get over yourself and do your own think, you arent that great so work to get better and earn peoples respect

most true i am bowl legged...alot of 2 leg dunkers are also the same.maybe thats a key ;p all i know is that i thank god for my talent and appreciate it every time i get to use it....you never know when the last time you can jump high will be
how do u get such vertical? i got horribly weak/ torn knees

i have been very fortunate in my past with my lega, i have never hurt anything worse than an ankle or toe(knock on wood) as far as how can i jump? i really just got it genetically. i never worked out. just a lucky deal but im thankful everytime i play

even when my legs were healthy, i worked out alot but still could never get more than about 10 inches above the rim. could it be becasue im flatfooted?

possibly, you should try using arch supports for a while, that could help out on your knees, and as far as jumping its more of a speed training of the muscles not just strenght, just cause someone can squat 500 pounds doesnt mean they can jump out of the gym or run fast ya know. its a combo of speed strength and flexability
