@mada697 the text was completely created inside of AAE...then i used the Liquify-filter to shrink it down. the text on the hand was another layer which moved from top to bottom using the alpha of my hand.
P.S.: i saw your "Endless Growth" video...please tell me when you copy my videos

@xpower1111 i was thinking about that but i wanted the text to be sucked into the middle...so i think it would look a little weird if the text goes on the fingers and then over the middle of the hand to the arm ;)
