The truth about how to get ripped abs, you need to burn fat and build muscle with real training and proper nutrition. Fad diets, exercise gimmicks and the rest of that crap is entirely bogus.

It's important for all of us to reach and strive for our true potential. We should be fit, fast, and strong, natural athletes. We should look, feel and be our best. Part of that is using proper form so that we can safely train our bodies and get results as quickly as possible.

I strongly encourage everyone to go outside and play. Run, jump, and have fun. Life is to short to spend it inside watching reality tv and eating microwave pizza rolls. Challenge yourself with new activities and push yourself to be your best. And watch my vlog, Transformation Truth

  • Another good "bonus" exercise for you forearms: Fill a bucket with rice, dip your hands in, and squeeze, repeatedly. The consistency/resistance of the rice is perfect, and your forearms will burn like hell.

  • I use to do this for my boxing training. :) it burns. great workout

  • not a bad idea i find just using a stress ball in each hand when i run has helped heaps also fist push ups instead of palm ones really helps strengthen those forearms
