Them knowing ahead of time a building would collapse from structural damage is bad enough, but remember that the building actually collapsed due to "thermal expansion" according to NIST. This was the first and only time a building collapsed due to this phenomenon. So they must have had foreknowledge of something that happened for the very first time.
