@Shueithkhan could an actor really make Raistlin the man that we all know him to be in our hearts, though? I'm always fearful of such things, espescially when it comes to someone i truely love, like Raistlin. Not that i'm oppossed to a live action film, but they would have to give all of the characters a lot of thought. Sturm and Raistlin espescially!

i hope they dont make anymore dragonlance movies the books were to good to be ruined with a movie and the charactors are so much better in my own imagination than they could ever be on film

Raistlin, Tas and Sturm FTW

@Archibal13 As much as I like Raistlin, I think Sturm is also awesome. There's not many people in this earth with that kind of honor anymore.

I doubt the artists care a whole bunch, since no one is making money from it... and she's not giving herself teh credit.
Most are probably miffed that you cant see who made them ...

I wonder how all those artists feel about having their artwork used without their permission.

I would like to see a movie made for dragonlance, not animated. What i won't be happy to see would be all those raistlin lovers that would suddenly emerge...
I think the time is right for a live action Dragonlance Trilogy don't you? The animated movie is not bad, it is flawed, but the 2d animation is still good. 3d much less so, but it would be so cool to see a trilogy to perhaps rival LOTR

Raistlin fan from Sweden here. ^^ This vid held some of the best Raistlin pics I've seen. Mostly he either looks too healthy or forty five years old... Yeah, I may be a perfectionist artist, but the animated film frankly made me wanna rip my eyes out. I'd SO love a live action on Dragonlance, whose awesomeness I could rant about for a week. Best books I ever read. <3 They deserve thorough and devoted filmatisation (with good actors and filthy large budgets!) way more than Harry Potter ever did.
