Don't be fooled--yeah yeah I know--shez funny and silly at times but she absolutly knows what she is talking about and will hand your ass to you while she makes you laugh. WOnderful teacher--great. I took a workshop with her and Olivia and I would love it if I could take regular classes with her. Plus, did I mention shez pretty funny?

Maria sure seems to have a fun and interesting way of teaching. Some of those same exercises my flamenco teacher has us do for warm ups. Is there a name for the crouching stretch you do at 2:45? Looks like a good ankle and thigh strengthening exercise.
Also, I too am interested to know whose song this is. It reminds me of Pentaphobe but, if so, it's one of his more organic pieces.
