Theres no way I would think a BLANK sheet of WHITE PAPER is cash. Now I've had people try to tell me they gave me a 20 instead of a 5 or a 10, and in that situation I can see people falling for it, but not blank paper. Even glancing at it would reveal its fake.

The jewelry store bit is absolutely ridiculous. Theres NO WAY someone working a jewelry store isn't gonna pay attention to $4600 cash.

@N0GGINB0NKER nope, ive also worked at a cash register and your brain kind of picks up on things and creates shortcuts. simply put, you go through so many transactions every day there are many similar situations when giving change and receiving money and i can clearly see how this sort of repitition can confuse someone into doing something they're used to doing. derren brown did it very smart and calculated im sure he is capable of taking advantage of it in the way that HE DID.

@Japanseb I'm sorry but this is complete bullshit.

1) My first couple of jobs involved me working a register at some point. There are slots for each coin and dollar amount, up to either $10 or $20. You have to look at the bills to put them in the right slot.

2) When receiving a $100, we examine it, and we put a mark on it with a special marker that shows if the bill is fake. Even if people don't do all that, I'm sure they will at least glance at the money.
