That's pretty badazz in my opinion. Sounds like the future is here!!! LoL Star Trek comes to mind. i wonder what it sounds like when it goes warp speed HAHAHA I'm sure it'll just take a little "aftermarket" modification to make it sound like a Ferrari or maybe a old school rumbling muscle car V8 or whatever you want it to sound like. Now that would be something. Maybe that would relieve the girly tree hugger stigma that hybrids usually convey.

Wouldn't it be easier if people just thought logically for a moment? With the ground crunching beneath the tyres and the car cutting through the air, it is clearly audible anyway, also, the third generation only travels in EV mode at a maximum of 30ish mph, to which if hit at that speed, like the adverts say, you have an 80% chance of surviving, and chances are, if someone is intentionally activating EV mode, they are probably only going about <18mph on average, more than enough braking distance

@cipmars I agree. I'm shocked a Japanese product doesn't have 50 different sounds to play with and options for more.
