Just picked up a Lonestar on Saturday...still getting familiar with it. Trying to dial in some tone. This is some of what I've arrived at so far.....

  • Fantastic tone and playing. Love the Joe Bonamassa covers too. You're nailing it.

  • @f2kflyer Well thanks my friend! I'm glad you enjoyed the vids!

  • Have you ever heard the Mesa LONESTAR 2x12 cab?

  • @joelg125 I've heard them, but never played on one so I can't really speak from experience. Yet.. the combo itself is essentially a 2x12 open back cab ;)

  • Man - i keep coming back to this video as i wait for my own Lonestar.. Beautiful!

  • @gazuul why thank you! Hope you enjoy your lonestar when you get it!

  • Beautiful dude, don't even touch it anymore, weld the knobs, put tape , glue, tooth paste, all you can so they don't move

  • @joelg125 yes, with the switch.

  • What is the compose you play?

  • Hey can you explain the 'solo' knob? Is it only engaged via the foot switch?

  • @joelg125 Thanks! I really like the Mesa Recto 2x12 cabs personally.
