The Yankee Stadium concert took place in the summer of 1969. The show included the Isleys (who headlined ths show), the Edwin Hawkins Singers, Brooklyn Bridge, the 5 Stairsteps, the Winstons & Patti Austin among others. It was filmed and the concert movie was released sometime in late 69-early 70. If you catch the infomercials selling classic soul music with the Isleys' It's Your Thing on the collection, you will see the clip from that concert movie. BTW - the film was called It's Our Thing.
Never even thought about it. It was done on T Neck Records which I believe was the Isley Brothers label. One would have to pull up the Isley Brothers and see if there is a film available.

Thanks for the heads-up. I was going by the date on the album release. Will try to find the film.
