I tried this. It needed a lot more salt and I put a lot more cayenne and water. Of course I probably needed that extra salt and cayenne because I added the water. I did one lime and ended up adding a half of lemon as well (no more limes). I like it. Of course, I can't find raw tahini anywhere (besides online) so it might be the tahini I'm using. Definitely has to be made to taste. Thanks for the idea!
