WOW!! Great vid. Kudos on your handiness. Dealer quoted me about 6-7 hundred for a blower replacement. This vid means I may consider that... certainly not a DIY job for me. Granted, it's a 2009 Mazda5 so who know's how different it is, but dealer did indeed say there's a lot of labor involved. Thanks for the vid!

Good lord I have a 2006 mazda and my blower motor fan comes on when it feels like it and I am going to have to fix it I had no idea I was going to have to do all of this crap. FML

would it be the same process's/ parts for a 2005 model? I was quoted a price of $800 just for the parts and $600 for labor is that just?

@gezzy21 from what i know. u have to pull the front doors off to completely remove the dashboard to do the same thing. Mazda revised this on the 07 and up models... but i wouldnt call this a revision. this still took me a long time to do.
