so i tried to use a screen recorded to explain how to record guitar and ezdrummer sounds to mix down as 1 track to hear the 2 together so the screen recorder didnt work to well so, i used another screen recorder cam studio and heres the best way i know to explain it....

ok 1st say if you have a guitar track recorded in fl studio.
1st open up fl studio sorry but my pc sucks
let it open...
start with a new empty template
then find the folder or file where you have your guitar track recorded.
drag and drop it into the playlist editor let it decode.
ok it finally loaded.
now click on song mode click play to make sure your hearing the sound

now select a mixer track you want to put ezdrummer on.
say maybe track 5 for me or whatever you want let it load
make sure in song mode, then click the record button until it lites orange,
now click on play then click on your
ezdrummer groove sounds you want to add to your guitar track.
mix it all up with different groove drum sounds like this
then raise the vloume of the drums sounds to your liking
or lower the guitar track and drum tracks to the sound about the same
or a little higher than the other.

experiment with it or if you dont have a way to
trigger sounds with a module just use your computer keyboard or your mouse in
ezdrummer.
just a quick way to let people know this can be done.

good luck with it and just let it play out
when its done goto export mp3 file or wav.
I save my mp3 files to 192 kbps then let it save and thats all there is to it.
you can also go back and add any other instruments you want as well :)

ps. make sure you have something selected on in and out on your in and outs
for ezdrummer!

and if it dont work like i suggested above open you fl studio recorded folder
in windows xp its located here
C:\Program Files\Image-Line\FL Studio 8\Data\Patches\Recorded

look for the guitar riff or drum riffs ezdrummer tracks
you recorded drag and drop each one
in fl studio playlist editor

then record both tracks to make 1 track
then export it as a mp3 file i use 192 kbps and save it as a mp3 file.

thats all there is to it...
and go back and add anything u like, like bass, more drums etc.

also if theres a easier way to do this let me know any suggestions or advice.
and good luck!!!!!!!!!

remember always have fun and rock on!!!!!! \m/ horns up \m/
