hey I have the same pad and I was wondering if your pad has laminates on it..?
I have a large quint pad and then the small sextet pad like yours. The quint pad has laminates, but not the sextet. It makes it a little hard to sweep sometimes. Do you have any trouble?

I dont have laminates on it. The rubber sometimes catches on the stick but it doesnt bother me too much
