@TheAmazingUploader You got the answer in older comments, audio is delayed in the video and that's what make us think he draw the weapon before the signal.

Even is the audio wasn't delayed and he did draw before the signal, I think he still hit all the targets within a second. And if he didn't, well... It is still impressive to me. I will never reach this level of marksmanship with a single action because I can't own one to begin with.

The video actually has a slight audio delay. That is the "jump" you are noticing.

Watch the end and you will see the last round go off before you hear the gun fire. Only off by a fraction, but when looking at a time, audio glitches look a lot worse ;)
