i feel sorry for jason. the poor guy gets alot of flack for his voice by old school fans. Ryan's voice was classic, but you guys gotta realize that he isn't coming back.

It's time to get past this pettiness.

Ya know, I understand if people don't like his take on Sonic's voice as much as Ryan Drummond's, but I'm really taken aback by how *angry* people are at him. Over what!? If you're angry about the voices being replaced, then you have 4Kids to thank. Griffith did nothing wrong, 4Kids liked him and gave him the job. It's not like he said, "Mwahahahaha, I hate Ryan Drummond, so I shall take his role from him!" Leave the guy alone. Besides, even though you don't want to admit it, he's improved A LOT.

@bombermanp978 and then in five years they'll need new VAs again? that's just lame. Mario has had the same english voice for more than 10 years!

And to be honest. It might actually have been SEGA themselves who fucked this whole VA thing up. Yes it was perfect after SA2 and felt like the characters had been given their true identity and characteristics by their voices. But it was SEGA who chose to boot the original cast over the 4kids cast, and even though, Deem Bristow (eggman) died shortly after. It might have changed things too, even if the 4Kids cast didn't present.
