The total gym is a great machine to isolate your shoulders. Front deltoid raises are an exercise which everyone doesn't need to do.
If you have the muscle imbalance of protracted shoulder girdle you want to concentrate on the muscles in the upper middle back and avoid excessive anterior deltoid exercises.
