they have a method of training by tying up a log to their testicles and pulling it across... and eventually they develop enough muscles in the groin area to pull up the testicles up and avoid most impact hitting them. that being said, there are a lot of nerves in the inside legs area so it still hurts. so respect to both conditioning oneself to that level and taking the pain.
