  • Glad to hear this helps for you. Jeff

  • Hi Spinynorman1982,

Glad to hear it is helping. Yes, please let me know your progress.

  • I have sciatica and can barely do these moves, but I will say that the initial stretch seems to help a lot. Also, my hand which are normally cold, flushed with blood and were red and warm when I started doing these stretches. Strange! But, I like it!

  • @spinynorman1982 Hi,

Keep up with the stretch 3 times a week and you will find that your flexibility will increase as the weeks go by. Just remember to go very slowly. Don't push yourself. The stretch will come naturally. After your pain has gone away, it is important to continue to do the stretch several times a week to keep the pain from coming back. Thanks, Jeff

  • @jeffreagan2001 Hello again! Well it's been a few months and I got my X-Rays back. Turns out I have a herniated disc. I am still doing these stretches as many times a week as I can. I have to thank you, I was seriously going to go into surgery before I found these stretches. I was in more pain than I have ever felt in my LIFE! But now I am virtually pain free. Just an odd twinge every now and then. But you have helped me turn it all around.

  • @spinynorman1982 Glad to hear the pose helps. It is important to continue doing the pose 4 or 5 times a week. That will hopefully keep you pain free.

    Thanks, Jeff

  • Thank you!!!!

  • I don't have much flexibility. I tried. And it hurt my testicles. And even with the pillows, I cant get past a 45 degree angle without my right knee coming up. Do you have any easier approaches? I like the stretch idea that you are , it seems anatomically logical, but I am having extreme difficulty. Any tips?

  • Oh my goodness instant relief! Thank you soooo much..

  • Thanks Jeff!

  • @mafoota
