  • Ugly is working in a coal mine. Ugly is what coal emissions are for lakes, human health and polar ice caps. Ugly is a nuclear power plant that has dangerous waste you can't do anything with. Ugly is fighting and dying in a war in Iraq for energy. I think that the wind turbines are beautiful because of what they do and ugly is not an argument.

  • @TurdFergeson1616 Yes they are quiet most of the time, when they are not actually producing energy. But I have stood in Clearview Cemetery and heard the drone produced by several towers over a mile away.

  • @jetcat4445t Bull shit you cant hear them I live near them you are blowing it out of proportion.

  • @warpathracing I'm sorry to disagree but, after some research on the Clipper Wind Power website i have come to find that assembly for the Clipper wind turbines is performed at Clipper Turbine Works located in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. I can send you the link if you so wish.

  • @MrSoularMan but they were built in Korea. Let me find the pictures and I will show you where they were made....

  • @warpathracing The wind turbines in Cohocton are produced by Clipper, Clipper is an american company based in California.

  • @45pacotaco it's amazing how the media can portray some so wrong into something so right. i don't live next to a farm yet and i don't want to. i have heard how loud they can be first hand. Cochoton IS a disgrace , a disgrace as to how people no longer have rights. did you sit through 4 years of planning board and town board meetings? i did and that's how i can to draw my conclusions

  • @jetcat4445t Liars???? Come on....Are you kidding me?? Your videos on your page are a freaking disgrace to Cohocton!! If you don't like the windmills or the town government then MOVE!!!!!!!

  • id rather burn coal than listen to these turbines 24/7. they dont make enough electricity to make any diffrence. and we dont want them in brimfield so come take down your met tower and leave town, they dont belong in a small town they should be off shore or in the wilderness somewhere. because we will fight this all the way. im commenting here because there are no comments allowed on the brimfield wind video.

  • @warpathracing

Since when do the people with jobs because of this project need to be in Cohocton? What about engineers, transportation, avian studies, site construction, etc? There not being 700 people in Cohocton is proof of nothing.

And those turbines and turbine blades are made in America.
