A video for the lads on the 'Royal Marine Training Partners Page' to show them how I perform this routine to the song by Moby- Flower. Thanks to the lads that told me about this workout. For those that don't know when the lyrics in the song says 'bring Sally up' you need to be fully extended in the press-up position until the lyrics say 'bring Sally down' in which you then need to go down in the press position and hold until you are asked to come back up. Sorry if the video lags a little, it was recorded from my mobile phone.

  • @ItZxjB You need to look on the Royal Marines website, you have time left before you can apply so I would concentrate on school first.

  • Good effort man! I can get to 2.06, but Ive only just done my psychometric so I've got a while to keep progressing ;)

  • Mate your like a rock. I'm 15, 67kg 1.92m high and i tryed it for the first time and i could make it only for 1 min. it so hard.
