@shaairah84 Yes, I can 'believe in both', and as a Muslim I actually have to. I believe in Jesus as being a great man, and a Prophet of God, but not that he is THE way to God or eternal happiness in the afterlife. I also believe that God revealed words to Jesus during his time, however, according to my beliefs the Bible as we know it today is not an unadulterated form of those words. That's what I meant by believing in both.

@shaairah84 Hi there. I'm interested, can you 'believe in both' if Jesus said 'I am the way the truth and the life', claimed to be God, all the prophets in the OT point to Him? The Gospel says Jesus is the only way to God, He is the Son of God. You can't 'believe' in both if you don't accept these things, accept Him for what He says He is, The Way. Don't want to start an argument, although I'd be happy to continue in one, but I just want you to see that there's a flaw in your reasoning. Peace

As a Muslim, I thoroughly enjoyed this and it seriously resonated with me. Perosnally, it's not about the Gospel or Jesus (since I believe in both), but the underlying message that God plays a major role in our lives; His Signs are all around us, and are all too quickly dismissed.
