@jlgeorge Lennon wrote full songs, McCartney wrong full songs, etc. John was pretty much entirely only one half of the equation.

@littlebigbrain This is why I think Elton is a little overrated. He's obviously fantastic, but he's behind guys like Billy Joel for me because Elton didn't write his own music completely by himself.

@studiobekka well actually there's no such thing as god, as he has never been proven to exist-kind of like unicorns, is that too hard to understand? Anyway, while I appreciate your peaceful message, Elton John worked for his talent, it wasn't given to him by an invisible man in the sky. So of course he deserves it.

@baddave62 Can see why you identify so strongly with Elton John. Elton used to be a pretty good guy, but now he's just a belligerent foul-mouthed prima donna who can't bear anyone to hold an opinion that differs from his own...a bit like you, mate! LOL!

God would not have given Elton John his intense and extraordinary talent if he didn't think it was deserved. Gay or not... purple, black or white. Judge no one before you point that finger at yourself.
