Bharms... those are stamped steel valve covers and air cleaner with a polished aluminum intake. The heat difference is minimal if anything...having aluminum valve covers on top of those giant big block heads weighing 150 lbs each made out of solid iron is going to do NOTHING, for heat dispersion at least. My AFR aluminum heads on my 383 small block, now that sees a bit of a difference. But the valve covers? C'mon man dont go telling the guy its gunna make a difference when its not....

sure hope thats all polished and not chrome because chrome holds massive amount of heat you'll find that it will make a 20-30 degree difference but good stuff man

No it'll go right in. Check out my camaro. Its a 79 Camaro berlinetta with a 454. The only thing you will have to do is get every thing up graded for a big block. like motor mounts springs and all that.

i'd like to know if i could fit a 454 in a 79' camaro berlinetta??? would i have to dent in the firewall and refabricate it to allow space for the distributor???
YouTube removed the audio from this video because of a song I used, now there is NO AUDIO. Check out my other videos to hear the car run. Sorry about that.
Liddz: Its a 502
Aego069: I bought all the parts when I could, piled them all up and then...once I had all the parts together we built it and swapped the motors. It isn't like I went to the store one day and bought all that ;^)
