  • One of the reasons you aren't spoofing Google is, they also use the IP address for geolocation data, so unless you are proxying the connection, you won't be spoofing google. However. Sites that use the HTML 5 API alone can be spoofed, but only if you are rewriting the data it pulls from the user(greese monkey maybe?), since it does basically the same thing, using the IP and checking against 3rd party IP geolocation databases. HTML 5 API, also lets you turn it off. IP only though, is always on.
