BIO:

NECROVOROUS was created in 2005 by Shiteater(drums) and Pigfucker(guitars/bass/vocals).Inspired by death metal and grindcore gods such as:AUTOPSY,DR.SHRINKER,IMPETIGO,HELLHAMM­ER,ASPHYX,(early)DEATH,MASSACRE,NECROVOR­E,MASTER/DEATHSTRIKE,NECROPHAGIA they started spreading some serious havoc and rampage with a series of 3 demos(later re-released as a single tape),while in the beginning the band's direction was pure gore , a sense of evolution and the stinking air of a more distinctive death metal approach started appearing with the recording of their side for the split 10" with MEATHOLE INFECTION(now GRAVE RITUAL).That split 10" ep was self financed ,pressed in 300 copies and is now sold out.After the release of the split 10" the line-up collapsed,with only Shiteater remaining,a fact that lead to a short period of inactivity.Until early 2009 when A.Devilpig(also in EMBRACE OF THORNS) joined as a guitarist/bassist/vocalist.This was a beginning of a new morbid era for necrovorous.In april 2009 two tracks("the crypt of..." & moribund)were recorded and a deal with the respected BLOOD HARVEST records from Sweden was inked.First spawn of this union was "Crypt of the unembalmed cadavers" 7" ep.The ep was hailed from the worldwide u/g as a morbid blast of death metal psychosis.The year 2010 has found NECROVOROUS more oppressive,filthy and ominous than ever,Joined by a permanent bass player(Grave defiler) and a lead guitarist(Soul extractor) the band is treading a more sinister path.The first full length entitled "Funeral for the sane" is a putrid,anguish reeking,hideously crawling beast of pure death metal.

The album is great, no doubt about that but I really liked the more Autopsy sounding production on the "crypt of the unembalmed cadavers" 7"
