@Chrissers Probaly because they weren't promoted in North America??? Other examples: T'Pau, Johnny Hates Jazz, Climie Fisher, Mel and Kim, Sinita, Sonia???

Am i the only one who thinks that " Steve McQueen " is THE masterpiece of Prefab Sprout but the favorite album in heart is " Jordan : the comeback " ? Each time that i hear " Looking for Atlantis ", i think : i love that song ! simply. Why ? i don't know. Maybe because it is simply perfect. No one like Paddy Mcaloon made a so perfect marriage between sophisticated lyrics and a so stunning music. i hate the word "genius " but i think that i can call him : genius.

I remember with the money from my first job getting my brother the whole Prefab Sprout CD collection. This one has stood out for me! But you can't go wrong with any of the sprouts!! (Langley park to Memphis has to be the best album of all times)

Great song, my introduction to Prefab Sprout all the way back in 1990, the hook is from America's Sister Golden Hair but whose counting, this is a much nicer song.

There are 2 types of people in this world. Those who get Prefab Sprout and those that don't. Now, I'm not saying there is anything wrong with being the latter, I'm just glad that I am not one of them!! Rollmo!!!
