主料:土鸡辅料:竹笋、草菇、火腿、葱、姜调料:盐、胡椒粉烹制方法: 1、锅中加少许油,将鸡块放入小火煸炒,加入姜片、葱段,煸至鸡肉油脂渗出,色泽金黄即可捞出,放热水中略泡去除多余油脂; 2、将竹笋、草菇过水焯烫后装入碗中,放入鸡块、火腿,调入盐、胡椒粉,冲适量开水,用锡纸密封后上锅蒸半小时即可。特点:汤清味醇,肉质鲜香。
