  • Or you could just buy a $10 35mm back from Amazon.

  • @SpamSpammity Yes you could do that, but you won't get the exposure around the sproket holes, which is the best thing about shooting 35mm in this way. You also lose $10 as well ;-)

  • What if you have no spool for the 35mm film?

  • Go to your lab and get one or buy a pack off ebay or something.

  • How do you find is the best way to unload the film?

I don't own a holga yet but I'm looking forward to giving this a go ...

  • Just make sure you do it in the dark. Take it out of the camera and then wind it back in using the top of the 35mm canister. Hope that helps.

  • @Goholga actually you can buy a 135 adapter for the whole negative i think

  • Every time I'm loading film into one of my Holgas, this song pops into my head now... (^_^)

  • this is a holga 120? if so, then thanks. i have a 120 and i didnt know you can put 135film

  • how can you know if how many shots will you take??

  • What song is this? Super cool....

  • Did you use the 6x6 mask? I couldn't tell. :]

  • My brother and I were talking about shooting 35 in my holga, and I was thinking about doing redscale type stuff with it too. We, through our conversation figured out that if you just put the film cartage in backwards/upside down, you could redscale your film without cutting the end and flipping it, or buying that expensive garbage lomography sells.

Just figured I'd share...sorry if I was explaining the obvious ;)

  • how would you get the film out .-. ?

  • @fransonico when you turn the film advance wheel, it clicks. turn it till you hear that 36 times (:

  • when you talk about 36 "clicks", what do you mean? to wheel it 36 times?

im not english, so i dont understand that hahaha
