  • @Proverbs31intraining Its fun and once you learn the moves are able to do them, you will go all.

  • Why didn't you guys fire up the disco ball?

  • lol

  • @MissKuriosity take a look at some other videos, some people just aren't as coordinated as others. This is one of the high intensity interval training workouts, meaning she makes you go crazy for a minute, then break for one minute, then go crazy for one minute, etc. It lasts about 15-20 minutes. There are other workouts in the program that are less intense and are more choreographed and last about 45 minutes. Check them out, I love Turbo Fire!

  • I missed the review...where was that?

  • Wow! You guys rock this! AWEsome.

  • Turbo Fire is intense ! Luv the vid

  • @CommonWealth92 So I guess Bechbody is gonna have three competing programs from three different people. Tony Horton's P90X series, Shaun T's Insanity and Asylum, and Chalene Johnson's Turbo fire.

  • @vgmaster9

I cant wait for it. I love the crazy cardio and endurance training of Insanity, so I am looking forward to Asylum. People I know, who have tried it at the conventions say its crazy hard, but none of them have completed Insanity, so its hard to give that any substance.

  • @CommonWealth92 There actually is gonna be something harder than Insanity: Insanity Asylum, which doesn't come out till next year.
