Used this for many yrs (paid 79.99 first year & multi years at 29.99/yr). Had a computer crash & decided to upgrade so waited 2+ weeks to get my new pc and spent almost 2 weeks re-installing my pgms. When I re-installed AU was told it had expired within the last couple of wks. I explained the situation telling them that I wanted to continue my subscription. They told me "no way" and that, despite what happened, I had to start over as a new user. How's that for customer support?

RFC1918 is internal private address (e.g.192.168.xxx.xxx). All Internet traffic is routed with a public address. With home broadband, the public ip attached to the ISP router is static for long periods of time. Thus, a marketing/criminal organization could capture your public ip then monitor clear text traffic to snoop your family name and maybe address. The information being shared/should makes these lookups very easy by computer algorithm.

How is this supposed to be informative, at all?
What website would see an RFC1918 address?
