  • You have to to this for me!!! please!!

  • @blkgnuz2007 hahaha i was thinking the same thing, so yes, it's natural

  • Slouching shoulders becomes a habit that you may not correct. It takes a whole new look at life to lift and pull back one's shoulders. One has to go thru a litany of changes to finally find that lengthening the spine and freeing the neck is the principle way to change for the better. Balancing one's head on top of the free neck. Alignment of the spine and neck is key. The inversion table I use helps this alignment.

  • That looks awesome :)

  • Thanks for all the comments and nice words about Chris. It means alot.

  • This video makes one horny..that's natural though, right? :)

  • @krnotoole1954 HI Karen. Thanks for the comments. Good luck with the inversion table. If you are going to go for full inversion there is a point in putting a bolster or long pillow under the knees to get them a bit bent. Full inversion can put a strain on the lower back unless you get this little bend at the knees. Putting a pillow under the back at the shoulder blades can also increase the bend at the hips which allows better decompression in the lumbar spine. Have fun, Paul Terrell.

  • @Tameban Hello, I just set up an inversion table. Reading thru all the comments and helpful advise led me to your comment.

My most heartfelt sympathy for Chris Lightfoot.. A good soul has moved on to whatever his next project is.

May you enjoy the memory of this treasured individual. I hope your loss becomes an easy road as you travel thru whatever life brings you.

    Blessing,

    Karen O'toole
